Marathon: Sub 2:50:00
Half Marathon: Sub 1:19:00
10k: Sub 35:00
5k: Sub 17:00
SUB-ELITE
Marathon: Sub 3:00:00
Half Marathon: Sub 1:23:00
10k: Sub 38:00
5k: Sub 18:30
*Times must be recorded within the last two years
